Streetwork

Streetwork explores the interaction between two subjects and their environment while creating conversation about both subtle and obvious aspects of the design.

In creating this piece, I envisioned the main subject on the phone working to “…change the world”.  I envisioned everything around the main subject screeching to a halt, evoking the changes that are underway. The subject in the foreground is carrying a shopping bag and wrenching his neck to pay attention, while the cars in the background are stopping abruptly.
